Faces of Otsi, The Ice Man

Reconstructions

Otsi is a well-preserved natural mummy of a 45 year man who lived about 3,300 BC probably in southern Europe.
The mummy, wearing sophisticated clothes, had several tattoos,  was found in September 1991 in the Ă–tztal Alps on the border between Austria and Italy. He is Europe's oldest natural human mummy and died from injuries received from an arrow wound.  His face has been reconstructed twice, with the 2011 employing new technology.

speaking of the Brazilian rain forest meet Crystal Ramsey

jpr: Early fall, well before the 1st semester began,  Crystal paid a visit to my office at the university. Memory recalls that she was just beginning her junior year.  We sat and talked of fellow students, past classes, and her ensuing course schedule. I said, "Crystal you look quite pale and thin. Have you been sick recently?"

She began her tale of recently returning from  vacation in the Amazon where she had been lost for a week in the jungle (rain forest.). During this time she repeatedly wanted to commit suicide but her companion refused to give her his pen knife for such. No water and half a box of tic-tacs where their only provisions. The bugs bit them day and night!

She was a solid hard working student. After graduation, she moved to California.

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

The longest word (45 lettters) in the english language....better known as Black Lung Disease.

Perhaps proving that brevity can be a healthy habit?

My only worry is that Mikey may contract this dreaded word halfway through reading it....Oh is he ill!!!
