Several rectangular stones,
monoliths have been detected on Mars moon called Phobos. As you can see the monument is part of a geomarker on Mars,
not just a single monument alone. This image was drawn from the map corrected
image from the MOC, and indeed the marker points due North.
One of these monoliths periodically transmits radio signals
which have been detected by satellite probes visiting Mars.
