Trooper John Williams has written the most tickets for the Ohio State Highway Patrol from 2010 through 2014, He averages over 2000 speeding citations a year.
jpr: Im not for big $$ fines but favor required served community time for extreme offenders. Protection from those 90+ mph drivers is needed. Thanks Trooper Williams!
