Female aspirations have changed over the past 50 years.  Today’s economically independent women in their late twenties and early thirties are increasingly marrying ‘beneath themselves’ by opting for men of lower social classes. 

Attributed to  more women than men getting COLLEGE DEGREES, and BIGGER PAYCHECKS.
