Yellow traffic control light's times are being reduced by fractions of a
second in many communities , research indicates a half-second reduction in the interval can double the
number of RLC (red light cameras) citations. Safety concerns out way the increase in revenues and more than a dozen states have outlawed red light cameras. Yeah for us!
