Attacked in the park? No more



COI, federal office of Criminal Ornithological Investigation, has instituted an aggressive protection
"Bird Swat" team.

Meet Sgt Elvin...he and 2 or 3 highly trained others will be randomly patrolling our parks prepared to STOP these horrific bird attacks.
