If I were Ultra Rich I'd invest in Star Trek Action Figures

A painting by Christopher Wool recently sold at Christie's for $26,400,000.  26.4 million? Art? Earth? Hurry and Beam me the hell outta here.
"Apocalypse Now" 4'x5', 1988

  1. In all fairness one must marvel at the bang-up job of placing the letters so uniquely. Few would ever think to do that.

  2. The painting above is characteristic of Wool's style. Others include "FOOL", "RUN DOGRUN", and "THE HARDER YOU LOOK THE HARDER YOU LOOK" so the above painting is obviously not a fluke.
