Twain's strange ideas about space/time

Because of numerous telegraphic experiences in his life he believed that the common notion of time and space was mistaken; that one could learn to read/write events outside space/time; i.e. telepathically.  He published only a couple of articles on the subject as most publishers did not think it serious.  There are serious scholars who currently believe that mental telepathy exists but by its very unusual nature is not and should not be expected to be measured by methods currently in use (controlled lab studies).
Mark Twain had a vivid dream about visiting his brother laid out in a coffin; buried in a suit borrowed from him; and a young girl placing a rose on his chest.  Mark Twain awoke from the dream thinking it had actually happened.  Two weeks later his brother died from a riverboat boiler explosion, and the events occurred exactly as he had dreamed.

Mark also claimed to have received a story outline telepathically from a man 3000 miles away.  These are just two of his experiences.
