technically there are no coyotes left; what we see as a coyote is actually a coyote/wolf breed. they can be big and dangerous. wolves live and survive in packs. the coyote/wolf is an individual - a lone wolf so to speak. they will sometimes partner up with another coyote/wolf but usually they are lone predators. I've run across one in my current area, right next to a mall. They are crafty and clever and keep a close watch on your pets and children. Oh, did i mention that they are big, 80 to 120 pounds.
