Sanhain celedbrtion in Scotland.

Sanhain is one of four annual Celtic/Gaelic festivals.  Celebrated from 31 October to 1 November, it marks the end of harvest season. Among many Sanhain traditions, the Celts believed the doors of the underworld opened and the dead were free to wander, linking to modern day halloween. It was widely observed throughout IrelandScotland and the Isle of Man and pre dates Christianty. The Beltane Fire Society, a charity run by volunteers, is dedicated to marking the fire festivals of the ancient Celtic calendar and keeps traditional Scottish skills of street theatre, music and pageantry alive by.sponsoring regular fire festivals.
