Calling all Scientists!!!!

we are from the future?
if you will indulge me, watch this video (the last half a little frenetic) which posits an interesting quantum physics notion related to life.  JP and any else ones, is this accurate?  If so it is mystical; if not, then oh well..

    the photon flux on a piece of plant chlorophyll would be enormous with a probability of capture = 1. So the blindfolded guys running in the woods does not do it for me. I suspect the probability that we may be martians
    is a bit better than 50%.
