Why I sleep on the floor...rem sleep behavior disorder

RBD is characterized by the dreamer acting out his or her dreams. These dreams often involve kicking, screaming, punching, grabbing, and even jumping or falling out of bed.  Just what I need - another problem behavior.

  1. SLEEPING on the floor eliminates only the problem of me getting hurt that way. I have other problems. e.g. not long ago i had a bizarre dream involving me in danger; I started throwing things at my pursuers. I awoke next morning to find trash (cans, bottles, paper plates, etc) strewn all over my room. Plus at some point I threw at the bathroom off the master BR. I had somehow knocked a hole in the commode base about the size of a hand. And I have trouble keeping women ... ps i've never hurt anyone but myself. though i tried.
