Should we reverse our policy on the War On Drugs?
(They forgot to include the Penile System.)

The US has more men in prison than China, Russia, & North Korea combined.  The US has 25% of all those incarcerated worldwide; and only has 5% of the population.  Your odds of being in prison are 1 in a 100.  Your chance of being under some sort of legal management/restrictions, etc is 1 out of 31.  More than 50% of those in prisons are there because of drug violations; and the majority of those are related to Marijuana.  Check out the Exile Project.
