A top climate scientist from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology lambasted a new report by the UN’s climate bureaucracy that blamed mankind as the main cause of global warming and whitewashed the fact that there has been a hiatus in warming for the last 15 years.

The explanation for the mitigation in temp the last 15 years is either the temporary effect of cycles of sun activity OR the extra heat/co2 has collected deep within the ocean waiting to be released. The proponenets of global warming have vested interests and are trying to push action quickly before cooling. They want to be the energy credit brokers - the middleman making the $$$.
