I still have no clue, so this is an approximation of the painting I did of Geese in North Carolina toolin around in the winter. The colors and tones are slightly different in the photo. That aggravates me but I will keep trying different things until someone lets me know better.

It must be quality and intensity of light! Spose a pic of a pic...light in first case most likely will not match that of the second...my best guess
