Jpr: when wee, Me grandma would role back the rug with daughter Agnes at the piano and uncle Tam on the fiddle while grandpa would do the stepping. These folks be the hill Irish of long ago, at least as close one can come today.
What a wonderful memory! I remember being in Uncle Toms back yard, him playing the fiddle with grandpa and uncle John ! Us kids running around them as they sat drinking what I imagine was whiskey! They were all laughing!!
