A US clothing company has come under fire after T-shirts appeared online featuring swastikas in a move aimed at reclaiming the symbol as one of "love". The swastika, which means "well-being" in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit, was used by the Ancient Greeks, Celts, and Anglo-Saxons as a symbol of peace. It is believed that it was used at least 4,000 years before it was adopted by Adolf Hitler in the 1930s and appeared on the Nazi flag.

VERY WEIRD JUXTAPOSITION. THE SWASTIKA AND VARIANTS GO BACK MANY THOUSANDS OF YEARS AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH NATIONALIST SOCIALISM. IT'LL TAKE A WHILE BEFORE THAT BAD TASTE WASHES OUT. SIMILARLY THE RAINBOW HAS BEEN USED BY THE LBGTEFOQZ, POSITIVELY FOR SURE. WHAT ABOUT THE LEPRECHAUNS AND CARE BEARS AND UNICORNS THAT USED THE RAINBOW. ONLY THE LITTLE PEOPLE HAD A POT OF GOLD WITH IT SO i VOTE FOR THEM. OF COURSE LEPRECHAUNS ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY PARTICULAR OF THE TWO NORMAL GENDERS, I.E. GENDER NEUTRAL, SO LET THEM HAVE IT. THEY CAN SHARE BUT REMEMBER THE "LITTLE PEOPLE" HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH MAL-INTENT FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS. END OF MONOLOGUE.
