Rikki Fulton was a Scottish comedian who invented the character the Reverend  I.M. Jolly. The Reverend, always depressed or drunk, did a single TV inspirational message for the people at New Year’s.  Celtic humor at its best. Hysterical and worth watching. Here’s my favorite.
